Sauraha is a village in the Chitwan District of Nepal located close to the Rapti River and the Chitwan National Park. Sauraha village is separated from the Chitwan National Park by Rapti River which is famous for boating and swimming. Jungle Walk

Canoeing

The Elephant Breeding Center was founded in 1985 to preserve the Elephants from being endangered. In the breeding center, you will get a lot of information about the habits and activities of elephants including what and how they eat, how their food is prepared, and everything you want to know. Jungle Safari

Chitwan Wildlife Tour Itinerary
Our Chitwan Wildlife Tour package consists of 2 nights and 3 days of vacation in Chitwan.
Day 01: Drive to Chitwan
Our wildlife tour to Chitwan starts with an early drive in a tourist bus. We will travel through some stunning hills, and beautiful landscapes following the Trishuli river. When arriving in Chitwan, you will check-in the hotel and rest for a few hours. After that, you can walk around the markets in Sauraha and enjoy the sunset and beautiful view sitting on the riverside.
Day 02: Jungle Safari and other activities
Today, you will be spending the whole day in Chitwan National Park relishing several adventurous activities. After breakfast, you will set off for a jungle walk and bird watching for about 2 hours. Then you will take a canoe ride in the Rapti river, during this time you will see the Gharials, and different kinds of birds. After that, you will be doing a jeep safari inside the dense forest where you get to encounter various wild animals and bird species. Your another visit will be to the elephant breeding center, where you will get to see the baby elephants and learn many things about the elephants. At last in the evening, you will attend a Tharu cultural show. After experiencing wildlife jungle activities, you will savor the cultural dance of the Tharu community. And you will get to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Drive back to Kathmandu
After completing the wildlife tour and collecting all the thrilling and adventurous experiences, you will return back to Kathmandu through the scenic route, enjoying the alluring views.
