Mardi Himal Trekking Itinerary

Mardi Himal Trekking itinerary depends upon the paths or ways you choose to trek to Mardi base camp because we can find different routes during mardi trek. Here, we  have illustrated the itinerary in the below points with short description:-

Day 01: Drive to Pokhara city (827m) 7-8 hrs.

Our trekking journey starts from Kathmandu valley. We caught our luxurious tourist bus to Pokhara early in the morning which normally takes 7-8 hours of thrilling journey where we can enjoy the views of beautiful hills and different rivers sur-passing through our trip to Pokhara. 

Day 02: Drive to Dhampus and trek to Pitam Deurali

The second day of our trek to Mardi himal starts from Pokhara. After having breakfast we leave for Dhampus which usually takes 2-3 hours depending upon road and weather conditions.Then our trek journey starts from Dhampus to Pitam Deurali which normally takes 5-6 hours.

Day 03: Trek to Rest Camp

Our third day of trek generally starts early in the morning after having our tea and breakfast at Pitam Deurali. Eventually we will trek this day to rest camp by enjoying the beautiful greenery scenario of the forest.

Day 04: Trek to High Camp

The fourth day of Mardi Himal trek starts from Rest camp with steepy path with incredible views of big trees covered with moss and trails covered with charming forest which is very peaceful.

Day 05: Hike to Mardi Base Camp and Back to Badal Danda 

The Fifth day starts from High camp to Mardi Himal base camp which is our last day before returning back from the Mardi Himal Trek. On this very day,we will reach Mardi Himal Base Camp and enjoy the magnificent and wondrous views of the mountains. We also take some glimpse of the moments so that it makes us alive in the future as well.Then after we will return back to Badal Danda which will make us easier to return back.

Day 06: Trek to Kalimati and drive to Pokhara 

The sixth day of the trek starts all the way from Steeping down to Kalimati from Badal Danda.Then after reaching Kalimati we will take our vehicle to return back to  Pokhara. On the same day we will also enjoy the beautiful night life and also night view of Fewa lake in Pokhara and take a rest in a hotel.

Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu

The last day of our trek to Mardi is from Pokhara to Kathmandu via a luxurious air bus or via airways depending upon your choice. If you become exhausted then you can take a rest at Pokhara:-A beautiful lake city and enjoy the beautiful scenario of the lake or other cultural heritage, temples, caves and places located at Pokhara.
